About Your New Role:
Support with the day-to-day transactions of the business and support the Finance Controller.
Raise and process invoices.
Journal invoices to the correct month adding to accruals/prepayments schedule.
Daily bank reconciliations.
Manage data exports checking, coding and preparing to import into Sage.
Processing and allocating payments.
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
Expense management upload all statements, approve transactions and check
