Required
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, or related qualification
6 years experience in a product development role
Experience with DFM and FMEA processes
Understanding of manufacturing processes, specifically: sheet metalwork, moulding/casting, machining, electrical systems
Experience with test system design
Experience with requirements analysis and pre-compliance testing
Highly desirable:
Experience in domestic appliance design
Experience with refrigeration systems or thermal design
Compliance certification
Experience in supplier negotiation and quality management
Project management skills using agile processes
