Key Responsibilities :
Monitoring of project progress against timeline and budget
Monitor QC Progress
Coordinate & Attend Installation
Preparation of documentation to support project/tender proposal
Calculating installation budgets for tenders
Ensuring continual movement of information between operations and sales teams
Liaise with internal logistics and purchasing team to ensure smooth running of projects
Cross checking client drawings and details to quotations and client purchase order
Liaise with suppliers to ensure all details are clear and to achieve on time, on budget delivery
Obtain sign off of drawings and finishes where applicable
Obtain and send sample swatches of relevant materials for customer sign off
Updating internal company Stakeholders on project
