Degree level qualification ?engineering, business, economics, or other relevant field.
Over 5 years? experience in asset management and/or consultancy, with a strong understanding of the power sector ? Generation, Transmission, and / or Distribution.
Sufficient experience within asset-intensive organisations to understand how they operate, their challenges, and how to implement successful capability uplift.
Experience working on innovative and complex programmes, service lines or business units for asset intensive organisations.
Experience working with clients, delivering projects and deliverables, and developing rapport.
Desire to develop a network of industry contacts and participate within industry.
