Located in North Parramatta, we specialise in providing comprehensive construction and renovation services for residential homes across Sydney. Our commitment to perfection and attention to detail has established us as a trusted name in the industry, delivering high-quality projects tailored to our clients' needs.
The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate construction projects
- Interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Consult with architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Coordinate labour resources and material procurement
- Negotiate with builders and subcontractors
- Prepare tenders and contract bids
- Implement and operate work programs for sites
- Ensure adherence to building legislation and standards
- Oversee the progress of subcontractors' work
- Arrange building inspections by relevant authorities
- Manage onsite issues professionally and efficiently
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in construction
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
- Strong knowledge of building legislation and safety standards
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple teams and resources effectively
