Building Services Contractor searches for a Senior RPEQ Engineer Your new company Your new company is a building services contractor with a strong pipeline of work, working on multi-million dollar projects with Tier One Builders in the new build space. Due to their strong reputation in the market, a new role has been created to lead a small team to deliver technical engineering design and top-of-the-line HVAC solutions. Your new role As a Lead HVAC Engineer, you will be instrumental in leading design and implementation efforts for large Tier One developers and projects. Leading your own small team, you will be collaborating and mentoring them on best practise and out of the box HVAC design. With your technical expertise, you will be designing in house and liaising with the delivery arm of the business in best practise. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will have a proven track record of large scale, detailed HVAC design, either with a contractor, or in an engineering consultancy. A bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory, and an RPEQ accreditation is highly advantageous. Exposure to Camel and Bluebeam is desirable, as is strong knowledge within the commercial HVAC sector, and liaising with drafters.
