This is a field work role requiring travel between multiple Newman site locations. A vehicle is provided while on site.
Reporting to the Water Operations Supervisor, your duties will include:
Completing routine drinking, raw and wastewater treatment plant inspections including recording of operational parameters
Reporting of faults and facilitating maintenance activities and escalate issues as required to ensure necessary actions to manage the risk to quality and supply
Complete water testing and data collection in accordance with operational procedures.
Perform inspections on bore fields and water infrastructure.
Work both autonomously in remote areas and with other team members.
Skills
At least 3 years industry experience in Drinking Water and Waste Water treatment processes including reverse osmosis, electrolysis and chlorine gas disinfection.
Have a valid Australian 'C class' driver's license.
