Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Director - Informit will be responsible for:
Refining the vision for Informit and develop and deliver strategies to achieve that vision
Leading a team culture of reaching sales targets and KPIs
Leading the development of new products and services that support the vision for Informit
Responsibilities for activities across the whole employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to effective management of performance, development, engagement and motivation
Working with the team and / or CEO to evaluate and potentially pursue initiatives that have been highlighted as future developments for Informit, ensuring they are commercially viable
