The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and experienced Sales Administration Assistant who has a passion in the beverage industry and also delivers a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sales support for teams nationwide including new account set ups and credit/account statement requests.
Entry of customer orders.
Freight bookings on third party platforms.
Resolving delivery issues received from Sales reps and/or customers.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment prioritising tasks when appropriate.
Skills & Experience:
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
Experience working in a fast paced environment.
