About the role
The Team Member role is a dynamic role where you will be supporting Children and Young People in out-of-home care within our therapeutic, acreage/rural-based properties, technology-reduced model of care. The Team Member role is responsible for engaging and supporting Children and Young People with challenging, maladaptive behaviours to achieve social, educational, cultural, and emotional goals. As a Team Member, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day care of our Young People.
