The Opportunity
Well established non-profit organisation is looking for an all-rounder financial accountant to support the team with the year end period.
The Role:
This opening comes about due to continuous expansion and is a great foot in the door to either get exposure or to get further experience. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting year-end/month-end activity
Bank reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger
Processing of accruals, prepayments, and subsequent journals.
Overseeing AR/AP processes
Payments and cleaning out historical data
Assisting with fixed asset register
Process improvements
Ad hoc BAU tasks
About you:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a relevant role
Ideally coming from a not-for-profit background
Excellent written and communications skills
