Education & Qualifications
Mechanical trade qualifications
Restricted or full electrical license desirable but not essential
5-10 years in a similar position
Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic plant and equipment
Superior communication skills. (from shop floor to leadership team)
Demonstrated ability in managing a preventative maintenance schedule
Proven ability to problem solve for emergency maintenance and repair
Capabilities:
Maintain machinery of similar scale and complexity
Create and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
Experience with, or in, complex industrial companies/industries
Australia / New Zealand experience
Lean operations experience
