HSEQ Coordinator ABOUT Core Talent have partnered with a highly reputable civil infrastructure and solutions national company who are looking to grow their Sunshine Coast team. This position would suit a more junior - mid level experienced candidate who would be looking to grow within safety and consulting. The role will be 80% office based with 20% site meetings. The company is looking for a candidate who is immediately available and offering a permanent position with perks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Participate in HSE training programs and provide support in delivering training sessions.
Collect, analyse, and report HSE data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
