ABOUT YOU
Experience
Ideally, you should have at least two years' experience as a chef
Duties.
You will:
Assisting the venues in daily kitchen procedures
Preparation of food for service
Working with the business owner creatively for menu development
Assisting with the management of food safety and hygiene practices
Monitoring portion and waste control
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established.
Enforce OH&S and hygiene regulations and standards.
Salary Range
The salary range for the position is between $70k to $90k
