We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team whilst one of our own takes some time off to become a new Mum. There are some pretty big shoes to fill so we’re looking for some previous recruitment experience so you can ramp up fast, ideally as a sales recruiter/candidate manager.
This role will be a 180° recruitment role, focussing on candidate management.
You’ll be joining our successful Sales and Executive practice which is a specialist team of 4 sitting within the larger NSW commercial team. We recruit across multiple functions with a heavy emphasis on sales/commercial/GTM roles across the IT/Digital and wider Tech landscape and work with exciting high growth businesses on filling mission critical positions. You’ll be speaking to salespeople day in day out, so you’ve really got to love people, have a sense of humour and be up for a bit of banter. We’re a “work hard/play hard” kind of team that work collaboratively – we’re not looking for a lone wolf!

The Team:
- Working alongside an established Senior Account Manager who has clients across a range of industries. Roles are a mixture of Permanent (80%), and Contract (20%).
- Working a mixture of PSA and New Business accounts across all things Sales, Marketing and Technical.
- You will also be working alongside another Recruitment Consultant, part of a wider team of Consultants in NSW.
- We currently have a hybrid working policy, 2 days WFH and 3 in the office with Monday & Friday our anchor days.
What we are looking for:
- Consistency - Averaging 5 new roles per week, ability to prioritise and manage workload is extremely important.
- Candidate Control - Understanding individual client needs, full candidate management including sourcing, screening, and placement through to post-placement care.
- Organised – Ability to manage your own time, use Bullhorn, Outlook, LinkedIn Recruiter, and client systems effectively.
