We are seeking an exceptional Senior Lead Front-end Engineer with a proven track record of architecting and implementing innovative, high-performance, and user-centric enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in front-end engineering, solid UX experience, and strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Architect and lead the development of scalable and high-performance front-end applications using technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js
- Direct product design through data-modeling, systems design, and UX sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and end-users
- Integrate UI components with backend systems, working closely with backend developers to design and implement RESTful APIs
- Optimize code quality and performance by establishing best practices, coding standards, and mentoring junior developers
- Drive the entire UI development lifecycle, from design and development to implementation and testing
- Rapidly prototype features to facilitate a smooth transition from UX design to development

- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express
