Kalidonis Pty Ltd is searching for an experienced Formwork Carpenter Supervisor to join the company as a full-time employee and become an important part of the team.
You will need to be a qualified trade background and have a strong portfolio of commercial and residential projects. A strong work history is important.
Due to the unique culture of this business, you will need to be passionate about building and always willing to put the extra effort in. You will enjoy building a variety of projects with Kalidonis and pride yourselves on the way you treat subbies and have high level skills in reading plans and setting out.
Qualifications & experience
2 to 5 years minimum experience managing small to medium commercial and residential projects within the building and construction industry
Experience in delivering projects up to $20m+ in new construction.
Tasks & responsibilities
Leadership – proven experience of effectively managing a team including subcontractors and labourer.
Work closely with key leaders in the company including the Project Engineer, Site Manager and Director.
An eagerness to continued learning and preparedness to mentor others.
Build strong and ongoing working relationships with trades and key stakeholders.
Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Assisting with the day to day management of site safety, ensuring a proactive approach to quality and safety practices.
Salary range $130,000 - $180,000
