The ERP People Services Functional Analyst will manage and deliver end-to-end ERP functional capability aligned to the ERP Platform Provide People Services Value Stream ((Core HR, Time Recording, Talent Management, Contingent Workforce, Environment Health and Safety).
Required Skills and Competencies:
Significant demonstrated experience in SAP HCM sub modules - time management, personnel administration, organisational management, ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding.
Demonstrated significant experience working with SAP Activate Methodology and functional analysis and configuration services in a complex organisation.
Significant experience in multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors EC project implementations as a senior functional consultant.
Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven experience in building strong working relationships with all levels of seniority and demonstration of exceptional customer centricity.
