Experienced Cardiac Ward Registered Nurses Full Time | Part Time Flinders Private Hospital Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Incorporated, known as ACHA Health, is one of the largest private not-for-profit hospital groups in South Australia. ACHA Health comprises Ashford Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and The Memorial Hospital. Expressions of interest are sought from enthusiastic, highly motivated Registered Nurses who have a passion for providing service excellence and would like to join our specialised unit's diverse team. Flinders Private Hospital is a private not-for-profit 152 bed hospital which offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an Infusion Suite, a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit. Essential Criteria:

Previous cardiac experience (Graduate Diploma desirable)
South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
Current AHPRA Registration
Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Flinders Private Hospital
Committed to continuous quality improvement
Committed to provision of quality Nursing care, Education and customer service
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures
Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
Ability to work flexible hours
Positive attitude towards leadership, and potential management skills.
