Scope & Overall Purpose of the Job:
The Telematics & Fleet Monitoring Administrator will manage and optimize telematics systems to track and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles or assets. This role includes administrative tasks such as record-keeping, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing user access.
The position is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of fleet monitoring and telematics solutions, including developing documentation, providing training and coaching to internal customers, and managing system updates and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to telematics systems and fleet monitoring processes. Create manuals, guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system use and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of fleet-related data, including vehicle information, maintenance schedules, driver records, and telematics system performance metrics. Ensure records are organized, accessible, and confidential.
