We're looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills to join a national hardware organisation in an Internal Sales position.
As an Customer Service / Sales Coordinator your key focus areas are to create a positive customer experience, provide accurate product information and maintain a high standard of administration tasks. You will work within a team environment and liaise with relevant internal stakeholders and customers.
Responsibilities include:
Generating quotes and processing customer orders via phone and email
Addressing customer concerns and handling product returns
Coordinating with delivery drivers to ensure timely order fulfilment
Provide a positive customer experience
Key attributes we're looking for:
Friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems
Prior experience in building / home improvement, or related industries is advantageous but not essential
