Junior Accountant
Wagners have a career opportunity for a motivated career minded team player to join our Finance Team as a Junior Accountant. Located in Toowoomba this role will assist with monthly accounting and reporting duties.
Duties
Maintain fixed asset work in progress reconciliation and fixed asset registers
Provide support with preparation of month-end and year-end processes
Provide support with budget preparation, monthly forecasts and financial statements
Review of general ledger reconciliations
Provide reports and ad hoc analysis for management
Participate in procedure documentation and maintenance
Various project and system tasks as required
Skills and Experience
Accounting degree or other relevant degree
Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
Understanding of accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail
