Details: Reporting to the Executive Group Manger, Corporate Services, the Executive Branch Manager (EBM), will lead a team providing human resource strategy, policy, operations, and advice.
The Executive Branch Manager (EBM), People, Capability and Culture works collaboratively, and maintains productive relationships, with the Director-General, Executives across CSD and the ACTPS, as well as other key government and non-government stakeholders. The EBM will be required to provide complex and confidential advice to senior executives on a range of people and policy related matters.
