Senior Project Manager Required for Luxury High-Rise Project Your new company Your new company is one of Brisbane's most reputable developer-builders, creating some of SEQ's most iconic developments over the past year. They are consistently winning Master Builders awards, and they have built their reputation as one of the best in the industry. Due to the growth and new projects, they are now seeking a Senior Project Manager for their new development in Fortitude Valley. Your new role In your new role as Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a new development on Brisbane's prestigious James Street. The project includes the demolition of an existing structure (underway) and the construction of a luxury apartment complex. You will have an experienced and dedicated site team as well as the support of an experienced Contract Administrator. You will also receive support from a dedicated senior leadership team that is passionate about creating prestigious developments here in Brisbane. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your application for this position, you will have vast previous experience as a Project Manager on medium/high-rise developments. You will have a strong understanding of high-rise construction and modern methods of construction. You will have a keen eye for detail, meticulously organised with excellent communication skills. You will also possess the following skills, qualifications and attributes:
5+ Years Experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on High-Rise Construction Projects
Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management
Excellent Collaboration Skills
Proactive Problem-Solving Skills
