Your Responsibilities:
• Sand and finish floors to meet our high-quality standards.
• Prepare and operate sanding equipment efficiently.
• Experience in installing underlay, solid timber flooring, laminate, vinyl planks, bamboo flooring, and decking
• Staining and applying finishings such as wax, polyurethane and water based products
• Experience with power/hand tools for sanding such as drum or belt sanders, orbital, edger and rotary machine. Installation tools such as saw,drill,nail gun
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain detailed records of projects and materials.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance as needed.
• Easily adapt to new environments, enjoy team work, able to work unsupervised
• Apply and ensure OH&S practices in the workplace according to regulations
