Seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a permanent role in Healthcare Your new company Hays is delighted to be partnering with the Royal Children's Hospital on the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join their team permanently. Your new role As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting HR Business Partners with the delivery of professional, responsive, customer-focused HR services to line managers. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees in relation to a range of Human Resource processes in line with policy and procedures
Guide management decision-making and ensure compliance with policy, procedure, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislation
Liaise with payroll, managers and employees to ensure timely processing and resolution of pay-related matters
Monitor and manage employee related reports and working with line managers to ensure that all data is up-to-date and compliant with organisational requirements
Support Business Partners with project related work such as updating policy and procedure and change project
What you'll need to succeed Demonstrating experience in a Human Resources related role, you will have exposure and confidence supporting Managers with their employee matters. You will have run an investigation or managed case work and be skilled in the interpretation of different Awards and EBAs. You will be a strong influencer, able to manage risk and communicate clearly with your stakeholders on the best course of action. What you'll get in return
