About the Role:
We're seeking passionate and skilled Cooks to join our growing team across two of our vibrant hotel locations! You'll play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our guests, working alongside a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of dishes according to set menus and recipes.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with food preparation and plating.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food safety principles (HACCP preferred)
• Excellent knife skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
