We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Team Leader to join our team in North Ryde. As part of the Boral Shared Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing our Accounts Receivable processes, leading a dedicated collections team. You will have a direct working relationship with our customers, across high value transactions ensuring strong cash flow is maintained across Boral. This is a permanent role reporting to the Credit Manager.
Your day will involve:
Leading and coaching a team of Collection specialists to achieve team goals and KPIs;
Management of collection activities on targeted accounts, liaising and reporting to Senior Management
