We are looking for machine operators to operate our CNC plate profilers, Saw cutting and drilling machines. You will be reporting to the workshop supervisor, and you will be responsible for operating machines, loading and unloading of infeed and outfeed beds, performing tolerance checks, and keeping a clean and safe workspace.
Prior experience is not required; however, the minimum expected qualities of any applicant are basic mechanical understanding, entry level computer skills, a positive work ethic, and a passion for steel fabrication. On-the-job training on Thornton Engineering’s equipment will be provided for all positions.
