- Business development and account management within the wholesale, inbound, retail travel agent, corporate and MICE sectors
- Work with the operational departments to ensure clear systems in place to achieve excellence in customer service and repeat business from managed accounts
- Conducting presentations to consortia, call centres, professional conference organiser’s and bookers of accommodation
- Utilise pro-active and relationship-based sales expertise to drive results
- Target and prospect new companies, autonomously building a robust contact network
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with new clients
