Administering the application, receiving, record keeping and distribution process for all new and replacement corporate credit cards and maintains cardholder information
providing timely and accurate advice and administrative support to staff in relation to the use of corporate credit cards policies and functionality
providing timely and accurate advice and administrative support to staff in relation to travel management and reporting policies and functionality
ensuring the accurate and timely acquittals in relation to corporate credit cards
providing relevant yearly reports and information on corporate credit cards for the annual report
