We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Diesel Fitter to join our Newmont, Tanami Site Support team on a 12 month fixed-term FIFO position (likely to be extended) , working on a new growing fleet of underground machines that include; CAT AD63?s, R2900G and state of the art R2900XE LHD?s and variety of ancillary equipment.
This is a 7:7 alternating FIFO position , flying out of either Brisbane, Darwin, or Alice Springs.
As a Site Support Diesel Fitter, your responsibilities will include:
Warranty repair & maintenance of CAT & Elphinstone machinery in a safe, efficient & professional manner.
Diagnostic troubleshooting assessments of reported faults
Quality condition/failure reporting
