Join our passionate team and help the City protect and enhance its natural asset network. The team of five is made up of dedicated ecologists and environmental planners, with expertise in planning and policy development, project management and planning scheme drafting. As a Senior Environmental Planner, you will assist the Team Leader in the delivery of actions relating to strategic environmental planning within the city.
About your new role
The Senior Environmental Planner works with the Environmental Planning team within the broader Environmental Planning and Assessment Business Unit. This position prepares and implements environmental policy and planning instruments to deliver on the Citys strategic environmental priorities under the Council Plan, in partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and provides environmental advice for City-led projects.
