This is a great all-rounder role with lots of variety supporting all areas of the branch operations. This is a permanent full-time opportunity and given the nature of the role there will be some travel required between customer sites utilising a Blackwoods company vehicle.
Site Facilitator
Pick and pack relevant orders as required from the branch for customers
Foster ongoing relationships with customers on site and act as a contact point for queries
Identify and share sales opportunities with the Sales Team
Conduct relevant administrative tasks (including inventory counts)
Customer Service - Trade store
Assist with customer transactions in the retail trade store
Resolve customer queries satisfactorily (via phone, email, or face to face)
