The Continental Hotel in Broome is currently seeking an experienced and confident Housekeeping Manager to lead our team. Just walking distance from the heart of Broome and only a 10-minute drive from the spectacular Cable Beach, The Continental Hotel is the perfect location to explore Broome and its surrounds.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with both clients and team members.
High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
High level of communication and customer service skills.
Hard working, hands-on and reliable.
Experience with rosters, allocations, productivity and stock takes.
Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety.
Demonstrated understanding of Hospitality Industry (General) Award compliance.
The ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
