Key Accountabilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
Execute comprehensive onboarding programs.
Provide individualized coaching and feedback.
Analyze sales figures and performance metrics.
Report on training effectiveness, KPIs, and actionable insights to guide continuous improvement.
Integrate training concepts into the sales process.
Serve as a mentor and role model.
Stay abreast of the latest sales training tools and technology.
