Details: DDTS is looking for an experienced executive to lead the Customer Engagement Services Branch (CESB) for the period 8 July 2024 to 20 September 2024, with possibility of extension.
Reporting to the Executive Group Manager CDT, the Executive Branch Manager for CESB is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of DDTS and is directly responsible for numerous services and support to directorates such as the ICT service desk, the embedded teams, the business partner model as well as problem, change and incident management.
