About the role
This is a genuinely unique and exciting opportunity to leverage your Sales Management experience in a role that is primarily focused on developing the current sales team and raising the bar of excellence. You will mentor, train, upskill & lead a diverse sales team of 14 in line with overseeing a few major accounts. This will encompass everything across sales process, customer experience, systems, promotional strategy and merchandising.
Duties
Spend time in the ground and in field with your team & customers and lead by example with sales process, consultative selling and negotiation initiatives.
Implement proven sales methodologies to help upskill the team & drive increased performance.
Oversee all reporting and compliance - sales cycles, margins, pipeline, call visits & revenue.
Ultimately be responsible for lifting the bar and achieving/exceeding the sales budget
