The Opportunity
Are you passionate about operations in the dynamic world of mining? We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Mobilisations Administrator to manage the mobilization process for our East Coast mining operations.
About the role
Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation process for new hires and existing employees
Booking vehicles for scheduled servcices
Creating purchase orders and quotes
Ensure all necessary medicals, including Coal Board medicals, are completed and up to date
Liaise with operations, recruitment, and onboarding teams
