Plumbing Skills Coach Think FE are proudly working in close partnership with a Northamptonshire based College to help them find an Plumbing Skills Coach. Position: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours) or Part-time (18.75 hours) Salary: 30,750 - 38,950/ annum (depending on experience) Location: Northamptonshire Package - up to 39,000 per annum, 38 days holiday bank holidays, excellent pension of 28.68% employer contribution !!!! and less manual labour!! Role Overview:
Deliver Apprenticeships and competency-based qualifications in various settings.
Ensure achievement of agreed performance and quality targets.
Support recruitment by matching individuals to the right courses through thorough assessments of prior learning.
