The Company Sharp & Carter has partnered with an Australian owned organisation within a thriving industry. Off the back of strong recent performances the business is now seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their high calibre finance team.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Maintaining and reporting on the Groups land portfolio funding covenants and project financial returns
Performing debt and cash flow modelling and running alternative capital arrangements with senior debt, mezzanine, equity or JV structures to identify optimum capitalization of projects / portfolios
Partnering with the CIO and Financial Controller, forward facing relationship management of both existing and potential debt and equity partners
Working closely with the Developments team, to maintain and continually report back on project feasibility and identifying opportunities for improvement
Providing analytical support as required
