Key Responsibilities include:
Build relationships with customers, by using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand customer's needs, including in-person and telephone enquiries.
Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
Proficiently complete functions associated with the wait listing of patients, bookings for appointments, managing appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list.
