Australian College of Business Intelligence and Australian Institute of Business Intelligence are currently looking for an experienced, innovative and qualified Admission Manager.

Role purpose:

Assist in ensuring all aspects of the student application and enrolment cycle prior to arrival are delivered with excellence.

Accountabilities:

Team Operations

Develop, implement and maintain effective processes to ensure the student and partner agent needs, in relation to their application and enrolment experience cycle, are met - including but not limited to student/agent interaction and support, student/agent access to enrolment information and queries.
Create a continuous improvement schedule of all AIBI & ACBI services to all stakeholders based on market trends in relation to student recruitment and retention.
Develop and implement the workflows to ensure excellent application and enrolment experience and support student orientation and induction procedures.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that all student profiles are up to date to meet compliance obligations and government reporting both in internal systems and government portals.
Coordinate the implementation of internal projects, namely Sales team training, GTE training and update etc., related to student enrolment and application journey and ensure optimum utilization of resources to increase stakeholder satisfaction.
Maintain high-level and up-to-date knowledge relating to compliance and internal policies relating to international student enrolment and visa requirements and domestic VSL/FH enrolment requirements.
Liaise with students and/or partner agents to resolve issues that fall outside the set policies and procedures and the student enrolment terms and conditions.
Implement the internal complaint and appeals processes and maintain relevant records to ensure beneficial resolution is achieved, there is no need for external intervention, and compliance requirements are met.
Ensure that all Admissions Processes are documented and the relevant handbook is regularly updated
Maintain knowledge of student enrolment processes in SMS, SMS functions and applications, government systems and platform operations and updates in order to retrieve information
Identify and provide suggestions for improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of Admissions Operations related to student and /or partner agent interaction and administrative support
Reporting

Provide regular reports regarding set processes, namely outstanding fees arrangement requests, splitting payments requests, holiday and course change requests, complaints and appeals requests
Provide regular reports regarding the utilisation of the self-service resources
Provide regular reports in relation to visa rejections, withdrawals prior to commencement and student default
Business development

Implement processes and train the team to ensure the late enrolments attrition rate is minimum are translated into business by providing accurate information and effective study plans and achieving the maximum rate of generating business
Develop and/or implement activities to generate revenue apart from tuition
Relationships

Become the reliable point of contact for students and partner agents to establish a strong relationship with the college
Collaborate with different work groups and departments to improve student support programs and enhance student satisfaction.
Develop open and effective channels of communication with students and agent partners that can be employed by other departments as well
Organise regular team meetings to discuss issues, evaluate and develop new processes
Training

Develop and implement a calendar of training sessions for stakeholders to ensure they are informed of promotions, internal processes and procedures

Experience

Administrative and customer service-related experience essential.
2 years of working experience in similar position
Experience in designing student services procedures
A methodical and systematic approach to work
Excellent written and other communication skills
Thorough understanding of customer services
Must demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to understand and implement policy
Capacity to make decisions

Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education or a related field required and/or equivalent experience in Student Services or a related field
Solid understanding of International Student education environment
PC Literate (Microsoft Office Suite and commons databases)
Excellent knowledge of the English Language
Additional Languages are considered a plus

Salary Range : $75K - $80K
