Are you ready to pave the way as a Landscape Construction Apprentice? We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Year Landscaping Apprentice to work with our client who collaborates with leading landscape designers to create outdoor environments as distinctive and detailed as any architectural interior space. With work based within the Inner East of Melbourne , we are looking for a motivated person who is wanting to commence their apprenticeship, gaining practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training and a Certificate III in Landscape Construction . What will you be doing?
Learn all aspects of residential landscape construction throughout the course of the apprenticeship
Set out, paving, stone work, cladding, decking, pergolas and awnings, retaining walls, concreting, lighting, irrigation, planting
Adhering to project schedules as set by the Construction Manager
Ensure a clean and organised work site that meets OH&S regulations
Provide immediate feedback to the Construction Manager or appointed Site Manager with regard to issues or areas of concern
What are we looking for?
Valid driver's license and reliable transport
White Card
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and take direction
A team player with a good work ethic
Ready to learn
