They are seeing a P&C Advisor to join a collaborative HR team based in Macquarie Park. This role is a dynamic & broad generalist role that will see you providing advice to leaders & employees on all aspects of People & Culture.
About the Role:
As a P&C Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
Provide HR subject matter expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
Support and advise line managers on organisational change, staff performance, discipline issues and grievances.
Providing HR Admin support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, letter generation, maintaining a HRIS to offboarding.
