Job description
Our client are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of mid market clients. The portfolio includes commercial accounts across a broad range of risks and industries.
The Role
Maintain strong relationships and trust with portfolio of clients, based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly and professionally
Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers and service providers
Implementing renewal and broking strategies collaborating with other team members and claims staff to ensure clients interests are protected
Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding to daily client enquiries
Gathering client information to support renewal documentation including the production of relevant reports in accordance with Branch standards
Generate initiatives toward maximising account profitability
About you
