Hi everyone, we are looking for our next superstar Irish Chef or someone with proven cooking experience to join our team here at the Williams Hotel located 1.5 hours South of Perth. We are an all-Irish team however if you have chef qualifications and meet the job criteria, we welcome applications from all nationalities. Our kitchen has recently just undergone major renovations and has been fitted out with all new cooking equipment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Highly Efficient, organised, trust worthy and reliable Great communication skills and can work well in a team environment Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure Trade / cookery qualification is an advantage but not essential 2 year minimum experience working in a commercial kitchen preferably hotels/ pub style food Ability to follow instructions and recipes Maintain high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen Passion
