The Role: We are looking for a sociable and organised Support Coordinator Manager to join the team. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support coordination to participants with complex needs, behaviors of concern, medical needs, or other high-risk circumstances, as deemed necessary by the NDIA. You will play an integral role in interpreting NDIS plans and ensuring high-needs participants develop the capacity to manage their own supports.
