Join a stable family owned and operated company that provides the largest range of wood panel products across 3 branches in Melbourne. The Epping branch requires a Branch Manager with industry knowledge and experience to lead a strong team and drive success.
As the Branch Manager, you'll have the freedom to run your branch while being backed by a supportive leadership team that have been in business for decades. You'll play a crucial role in both managing day-to-day operations and jumping in where required to help.
Work Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm.
Focusing on the daily running of your branch, you will:
Inspire, motivate and support your sales, warehousing, and production team, fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain exceptional knowledge of stock items and oversee stock control.
Ensure all team members are trained and safety is continuously observed
Provide customers with the highest level of service and be the point of escalations
Drive and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets
Oversea delivery and production scheduling
Manage production to ensure all jobs meet our high-quality standards.
Work with senior management to keep the branch profitable
About you:
Prior experience in a trade environment or similar role with proven results achieving KPI's and business growth
Strong ability to engage, lead, and develop a team
Prior experience in stock control
Current forklift licence or willing to obtain
Flexible and adaptable with a high level of resilience
High level of autonomy and strong initiative
Passionate, energetic and committed to achieving sales targets
Genuine dedication to customer support and service
Strong technical skills with computers and CRM software
