Diversey require a Technical Sales Consultant to join their team in Sydney.
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining our professional reputation. Your responsibilities will span across project management, team leadership, business development, and customer relationship management, making you a key contributor to the company's success.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Achieve customer objectives, strategies and product sales budgets and conduct reviews with major customer accounts as per company guidelines;
- Develop and manage a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical sales call plan;
- Ensure all service reports are on time, correct and complete, including contractual obligations are met and within the defined service levels;
- Identify and target sales opportunities within existing accounts and immediately escalate in writing, any sales activities or events likely to impact our business, ensuring full investigation and reporting;
- Implement the business plan and sales strategy for your area that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability and negotiate contracts with customers within established guidelines and procedures;
- Manage Salesforce CRM projects and service and maintain our customers by performing planned service checks and, preventive maintenance;
- Prepare and deliver product presentations that address clients' (new and existing) needs and lead to the establishment of new business.
To be considered you will need a bachelor degree level equivalent or higher tertiary qualification and at least two years of relevant post-qualification marketing employment experience OR at least 5 years of marketing employment experience.
This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $75,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
